“Couldn't turn on TV. Spoke with desk clerk following morning and she said sometimes the remotes get switched and she would make sure maintenance addressed the issue. They never did.”

“I arrived, the link didn’t work to register, so that I could get a copy of the entrance info with code to the unit. Address brought me to the back of the property. I messaged the host that I could not enter, they didn’t respond in a timely manner, so I couldn’t get in to the unit. I ended up booking another hotel bc I didn’t hear back and didn’t want my son and I to be stranded in Moscow. I’d like a refund!”

“Beautifully clean and appointed two bedroom duplex. Such a great old home with all the upgrades. Nicely set up to cook or just relax. Only a couple blocks from downtown, plenty of off street parking, and very walkable and safe. We would stay there again anytime we are visiting Moscow.”
